A:— You should file a claim of the lost or damaged item in writing within 60 days of delivery. This applies to both domestic and international shipments.

Q: What is UPS’s maximum liability for the damage or loss of a shipping item?

A:— UPS is only liable for the loss or damage of an item to a maximum tune of $100.

Q: What happens if I am not able to pay for the delivery on time?

A:— UPS has different payment options including weekly, monthly, credit, and special payment plans. Failure to pay for the delivery within 14 days of receipt under any of the plans will attract a 6% fine on the due fee.

    How can you claim to have updated tracking info TODAY with info saying my order would be delivered YESTERDAY???
