Q: Why does SkyNet Malaysia open my package?

A:— The Company has the right to open and inspect the shipping item to ensure it meets the delivery standards. Also, legal bodies can inspect the items at any time desired. The company will also not be responsible for any loss, delay, and damage to the shipping items.

Q: Why must I sign the Consignment Note?

A: SkyNet Malaysia requires you (the consignor) to sign to ascertain the details provided are correct. The company will not be liable for complaints related to issues resulting from incorrect delivery information.

Q: What happens if I receive the wrong shipment?

A:— SkyNet Malaysia offers the Return service through which shipping items are sent back to the consignor. The return payment is assigned to the consignor in addition to the original delivery cost. Failure of the consignor to collect or pay for the item will lead the company to auction it.

Q: What are the charges for sending an item within Malaysia?

A:— The delivery charges vary and are based on the weight/volumetric weight of the shipping item. Also, SkyNet Malaysia has an online Shipping Rate Calculator that gives the delivery cost estimates.

Q: Can you insure my shipping item?

A:— Yes. However, this is only possible if the sender writes special instructions requesting the company to insure the shipping item. The insurance will be implemented upon payment of the extra fee by the consignor.

Q: How do I track my Skynet Malaysia shipment?

A: Various circumstances may lead to item unsuccessful delivery, they include:

A:— SkyNet Malaysia will leave a delivery notice in the case of door-to-door delivery service. Also, the courier will make another delivery attempt on a working day. If both measures prove futile, the shipping item will be stored at the SkyNet office where you should personally collect it.

A:— Yes. You should contact the SkyNet Malaysia Customer Care to change the delivery address of your parcel. This may lead to delays in delivery which may also attract an extra delivery fee.

Q: Can I cancel a Pickup schedule?

A:— Yea. You can always cancel a Pickup before the courier arrives for the item Pickup.

Collection The item has been picked by the courier for delivery
Out of delivery The shipping item is on the final delivery vessel
Returned to the sender The shipping item sent back to the original sender
Undelivered Item not delivered
Claim filed The item sender has filed a claim
Origin The item is received at the originating SkyNet station
Item awaiting departure The item is at the terminal pending delivery
