The company offers two types of delivery services for time-sensitive shipping items across India that includes:
Domestic Cargo – A delivery service for heavy consignments that require special handling. It is cost-effective and makes deliveries by both surface and air modes.
A:— Shree Maruti Courier strives to ensure the safety of the shipping items. However, the company will be liable for a maximum 10 and 5 times of the non-parcel and parcel freight charges respectively
A:— Yes. Shree Maruti offers item insurance through Consignor Insurance. The company shall not be liable for uninsured-fragile item loss or damage.
A:— The courier does not allow an item loss claim resulting from an incorrect delivery address. Therefore, you should ensure that you provide accurate delivery information to avoid such a situation.
A:— Enter the tracking number of the shipping item on the e-tracking portal.
A:— The shipper is exclusively responsible for the damage or loss of a shipping item held at the Customs authorities. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the shipping item meets the Customs requirements.
A:— Shree Maruti reserves the right to assign the delivery role to a different courier/partner. In this case, the third-party courier will not be responsible for item loss or damage resulting from natural or human interruption.
A:— You should file a claim in writing within 30 days from the delivery date. The claim should be accompanied with a proof of delivery document and the company won’t allow item delay claim.
A:— The Company will charge a fee on every extra weight above the set limit.
A:— Yes. You can reroute or change an item the delivery address at an additional fee by the courier.
A:— The courier offers Return to Origin service that allows the addressee to send back the parcel to the consignor. For this reason, the addressee should communicate to the consignor citing the reason for rejecting the parcel. The consignor will in turn request Return to Origin service by the courier.
A:— The courier will return the item to the sender at no cost. The company will, therefore, only be liable to the return freight cost.
A:— Yes. Shree Maruti allows multiple shipments booking on condition that the courier has not yet made pickups. If you book a pickup after the courier has left, contact Customer Care who will schedule another at an extra cost.
A:— No. You should still contact Customer Care while making an online booking.
A:— You should submit your booking at least an hour before the item pickup.
A:— The shipping cost varies depending on the total/volumetric weight and dimensions of the shipping item.
