A:— The Company is only liable for a maximum compensation of RS.100 for any loss or damage to uninsured shipping item.
A:— No. TPC does not deliver to postal addresses/PO boxes but only to the receiver’s address labeled on the parcel.
A:— The professional Couriers will attempt to return the shipping item to the sender at his/her cost. If this fails, the courier will release, dispose of or sell the shipping item without involving the addressee or the sender.
A:— There are unforeseen circumstances such as change of normal delivery route and poor weather that may cause delays in delivery. Therefore, the company will not be liable for any loss or damage associated with delays in delivery.
A:— An item is unacceptable if termed prohibited, dangerous, or hazardous substance by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and any other relevant government body. Your item will also be unacceptable if it has no Customs declaration.
A:— The Professional Couriers reserve all the rights to open, authenticate, and inspect the shipping item after serving the sender a notice.
A:— You should make a claim in writing to TPC within a 30-day window from the date the item was booked for delivery. Failure to this will render no liability by the company.
