• I have been waiting on a letter for over a month now (within EU). PostNL has no clue where my letter is, tracking number says in transit. Can’t get no one on the phone for further explanation. Understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, however, this is really bad customer service. Not happy, for lack of better word...

  • I have not received my order made 54 days ago, it was released from custom on the 19 Oct 2020. And a can't cantact postnl all cantact numbers on their website does not exist. Not happy

  • My delivery is out of delivery from -2 days , nobody called me the order completes more than one month now

  • Oz post says my parcel from early April is still in NL, Post NL says... they are looking into it. :(
    I understand slow delivery at this time, but I'd appreciate at least an acknowledgement that my parcel still exists :( which it doesn't according to Post NL
