The Korea Post is a government-owned agency that operates under South Korea’s Ministry of Science, Information and communication technology (ICT). The post is responsible for the provision of postal, financial, and logistics services. It was founded on the 1st of July, 2000.
The Head office is in Sejong city-South Korea and it is led by Kang Seong Ju. Among the postal services offered by Korea Post are insurance, domestic/international parcel/mail delivery, special handling, and banking services.

The Korea Post offers three types of international delivery services. They include the following:
The Korea Post tracking number consists of 13 characters. The tracking number starts with two letters, nine numbers, and ends with two other letters. An example of a tracking number is BB123456789FG.
1. The Express Mail Service (EMS)
This is an international delivery service suitable for the urgent parcels, documents or letters. It is achieved through an agreement between the South Korea Post and the relevant authority of the destination country. Below are the key features of this delivery service.
2. The Time Certain (Super Express) Service
This is an international delivery service that guarantees better and faster delivery of parcels/items. In this method, you will receive automatic notification upon the delivery of the item. However, a delay in delivery will see you refunded the full amount you incurred in sending your parcel.
The super express service covers fewer countries as compared to the EMS. The shipping time of a parcel is between 1-3 working days. The delivery item should have a maximum weight of 30 kg
3. The EMS Premium Service
This is an international parcel delivery service that covers a total of two hundred and eight (208) countries. This has been made possible by the agreement between the UPS courier and the Korea Post. Below are the key features of this service.

A:— Yes you can. Track your item by visiting the Track and Trace portal on our website. Enter the tracking number which consists of 13 characters in the portal. However, you can also use a third-party tracking system preferably the Odertracking system which is very efficient. Through it, you will receive real-time information concerning your shipment.
A:— The delivery/transit time of any delivery depends on the country of destination and the delivery method used. The further the delivery country, the longer it will take to deliver an item. For the case of the method used, it will take longer to deliver an item when using the EMS service. This is in contrast with the Super Express and the EMS premium services.
