Q: What is the rate for shipping a parcel across India?

A: — The shipping rates depend on the weight or volumetric weight of a shipping item. Dotzot website has a Volumetric Weight Calculator for rate estimation.


Q: Can I send a fragile item with DotZot?

A: — Yes. However, compensation does not cover items such as pottery and glassware antiques.


Q: How long will I have to wait for my parcel delivery?

A: — Under normal circumstances, delivery should take between 3-7 working days from the item pickup date. However, deliveries for certain regions may take longer depending on the distance. Therefore, you should wait for at least 7 days from the pickup date to raise delivery queries.


Q: Can I ship multiple items as one package?

A: — No. You can only label and ship your parcels separately.


Q: Where can I get packaging materials?

A: — You can purchase the materials online from the Dotzot website.


Q: I have not received my parcel. What do I do?

A: — You should track your item from the DotZot website by entering the tracking number which is the reference or Air Waybill number.


Q: Can I ship an item on a Sunday?

A: — DotZot delivers parcels during weekdays and Saturdays only. However, it is possible to schedule Sunday delivery on request by the consignor at an additional fee.


Q: If unavailable for the delivery, can I pick my parcel from Dotzot station?

A: — Yes. You can pick up your item from the courier’s station as long as you inform DotZot by calling the number on the Missed You notification card.


Q: At what time should I expect the delivery of my parcel?

A: — Dotzot normally, delivers parcels from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. This may be different if you are using a time-definite shipping service.


Q: What do I do in case of a damaged item delivery?

A: — You should reject or refuse the delivery and ensure that you inform the shipper immediately.


Q: How do I know whether Dotzot serves my region?

Q: Must I be available at home for the parcel delivery?

A: — DotZot only delivers items to the address indicated on the shipping item. If not at the shipping address, the company will deliver to the available person after establishing your relationship.

A: — The courier is liable to maximum compensation of INR 100 and US$100 for domestic and international shipments, respectively.
