  • Ordered a hanging swing, followed all the tracking that was sent to me on The App shop. Said it was delivered to me mailbox or near it. Never was delivered!!!! Do not buy stuff off Facebook and definitely do not ship using this company. No recourse, no answer to emails.. it’s just a scam.

  • BEWARE. Besides taking 22 days for my product to arrive from CHINA, it was not what I ordered. Stay way from magnetic cellphone cases (or anything) sold by "STEEL-BEAUTY", a total rip-off. These People's Republic of CHINA companies go to extreme lengths to hide their location. Wish I had known all this before sending my money to the CHINESE slavers...

  • I ordered a Galaxy Lamp months ago. No parcel turned up and tracking number seems not valid :/ I have nothing to show for my purchase.

  • Ordered on May 27, 2020, Just now found and picked up tracking info. Package is in Taiwan as of July 16, 2020 in Jiu Jin Shan which is the northern coast of Taiwan. Are you kidding me?? You could have walked it faster and it would have gotten to the USA by now. If you use Yanwen shipping I will not be buying from you. No excuse for this.
