All I know so far, is that my item supposedly shipped a week ago, on Aug 4th, when it said "shipped" but when I put in the tracking number that I was given for my package, the error message said "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later." If it actually shipped a week ago, then the number would be in the system. I think that they are falsely claiming that they have shipped items when they haven't even shipped them yet.
